The best ski-slopes in the Balkan peninsula are situated near the town.

The alpine disciplines ski slope, "Mechi chal 1" (Bears peak) is 3150 m. long, 50 m. wide and 720 m. displacement.

The tourist ski-slope "Mechi chal 2" (Bears peak) is 5250 m. long, 25 m. wide and 720 m. displacement.

There is a slope suitable for ski-running 3000 m. long and elevation above sea level 1860 m.

You can arrive to the slope by two-seated lift, which is 2471 m. long; the duration of the trip is 17 min. and its capacity is 500 tourists per hour.
